At the project onset, our Project Manager analyzes the materials provided by the client in order to set a schedule, gathers all the appropriate references materials, creates the project specification, and selects the most suited translators and editors. Following the translation, the files are thoroughly reviewed by one of our editors following the LISA (Localization Industry Standards Association) QA Model.
As a final quality check, the Project Manager confirms that the client specification was followed and runs the spell-checker on the files one more time before submitting files for client review.
